During my time at Outplay I have worked on a variety of projects in both liver operations and development settings.
I have worked on both casual and mid-core titles such as Alien Creeps: TD, Angry Birds: POP, Bubble Genius, Bubble Blaze, and a collection of unnanounced projects.
Example responsibilities include:
- Outlining, delivering, and maintaining a consistent event and sale cadence for projects within live operations (including accounting for seasonal requirements, economic considerations, and analytic feedback).
- Working and leading multidisciplinary teams to create features designed to hit specific company goals and KPI requirements.
- Providing and taking feedback on features within the project I was working on but also in comparable features in the company's other games.
- Working alongside Project Management to create weekly KPI reports detailing the performance and predicted trajectory of the projects I was working on.
- Managing, creating, and balancing content on a consistent cadence across midcore and casual mobile titles during development and after release.
- Collaborating with analytic departments across multiple teams to develop and optimise past, current, and future game features.
- Keeping up to date with industrial best practices and trends for midcore and casual mobile games.
